I ordered this product and it came very fast and was packaged nicely. They let me know every step of the way. Great company, I definitely recommend.

Shipping was fast. Oil and wooden skin scraper is excellent. Roller only "rolls" half the time. I'm intimidated to reach out because I'd prefer to speak to a person on the phone. I don't know if Esker offers that. I will try to get a replacement roller online, but I prefer being able to talk with a person.

Shipping great, no problem there. Communication about delivery good too. Just disappointed in the actual product.
