Near impossible to find a printable receipt for records. The connection is frustrating. not a user-friendly site or UI intuitive

Impossible to talk to Customer service . Even with an Inactive subscription still keep receiving orders and still you have to pay back the shipping to get a refund. I am still don’t understand why we cannot cancel your account ( subscription ) or remove the payment credit cards in your account . I was not awarded the hat to take advantage of a discount you will be charge for 2 more orders. I still doubt it , but it is the only reason I got or a software glitch!!. The software doesn’t let you close your account and there is not one to talk about it … grade 3 because of the known good quality of the product… but I am not sure anymore. :(

It was an average, self-serve, experience.

The item I order all the time is out of stock first time in years. So waiting to be in stock can afford to buy them both separately they cost too much to but them on there own each.

My main complaint is that when I tried to order the chorella/spirulina bits, they were out of stock. They have been out of stock for quite some time so that is disappointing.
