I recently up my spirulina intake from 4-5/day to 15-18/day and I feel like it has greatly improved a colitis flare up I was having. This is definitely not a diagnosis but I think for me it has been very beneficial.

If all the vitamins, powders and healthy shakes I've tried, "bits" have really shown me results. After just a few days consistently taking them I am more productive and feel better. Can't recommend them enough!

Tried 5 tabs daily of the Spirulina in the AM and Chlorella in the evening and noticed some decrease in hunger, and some more focus.
