Just started taking the Energy bits so can't comment much yet , but I started taking 10 the first day and had no problems with that now I'm working up to the 20.

I use Energy bits daily. I truly feel the difference IF I forget to take them in the morning. The one I never forget to take is the Chlorella. My deep sleep has improved, registering up to two hours of regenerative sleep. A must if you are fighting cancer!
