Very disappointing- I had to call you and tell you that two expensive products were missing from my order when I opened it. You did agree to send the product - why did you not know it had not been dispatched and if you did not have in stock - you could have part dispatched and advised that the balance would follow. I was without key probiotics for about 4 days.
