I started taking Calcium Citrate with Vitamin D3 a few weeks back - at my dietician's recommendation. I have a pretty severe medical situation that will take a long time to fix. But I trust her (Gilly Ford) and she said this one's the best. So I'm using it. Will keep you posted.
