Recently I bought an Osaki Massage Chair from eMassageChair. Even though there was some assembling problem happened after the white glove delivery, but the salesman James and the sales team were very helpful. They tried their best to communicate my problem with Osaki and tried to arrange a technician to solve the problem. In the process, I was a little frustrated, but I still highly appreciate the help from James and eMassage Chair staffs. They are efficient, good attitude and target to solve customers’ problems.
