After lots of searching, I decided to buy my massage chair from eMassageChair.com. I am very happy with that decision -- and the chair. Here is why I think they are the best: Selection. Because I thought I needed to sit in and try out a massage chair before I bought it, I made the rounds of my local retailers. I could not find a store that sold only massage chairs; so all I got to see were one or two models that they had in addition to their other furniture or electronics. I could find nothing to my liking. So to the internet I went. Site after site. Even Amazon. It wasn't until I got to eMassageChair.com that I felt I had hit the mother lode. They have such a large selection that now I had the opposite problem: how to narrow my choice down to one from all the chairs I liked. Information. eMassageChair.com gives you more information about each chair than any other site I visited. They fully describe each feature of each chair, plus an exhaustive list of specifications. This is especially helpful in comparing chairs to each other. They also have very informative videos describing and testing each chair. This was my favorite feature. They also have a section on general information like massage chair terminology, what to look for in a chair, and unscrupulous practices of some massage chair sellers. Still can't make up your mind? Then tell them what you want the chair to do and they will recommend one for you. I didn't use this feature, but I was very impressed that it was there. Customer Service. I have never dealt with a company that tried as hard to make sure that I was happy with my purchase, even after the sale. It was such a good experience it made me wish that I could just buy a whole bunch of chairs. Financing. Buying the chair through Affirm, right from the eMassageChair website, was a snap. Submitting the request and getting it approved took only a tiny fraction of the time it took me decide which chair to buy. Delivery. Since I chose white glove delivery service, two guys brought the chair to me, unboxed it, assembled it in the room of my choice, tested it out, and hauled away the empty packing material, all for a very modest fee. (Spoiler alert: Their gloves were actually green!) So if you have ended up here on the eMassageChair.com website, take my advice and stay here. Just go ahead and buy your massage chair here because you will not find a better deal anywhere......or better service. If I should ever buy another massage chair, I would definitely buy it from eMassageChair.com. And I think you should too, because it is absolutely the best place to shop for a massage chair.
