Very helpful sales people when I called to gather information. After I made the purchase, the chair arrived quickly, beautifully packaged, with reasonably helpful instructions. The leather and wood are good quality, the chair feels sturdy, and the electric mechanism is working nicely. The only change I would wish for is a battery operated mechanism so I wouldn't have the large wire running across my tile floor.

My husband broke his back about a dozen years ago, he had gone through **almost** every possible remedy including nerve burns and numerous types of medication AND ended up having to do four vertebrae replacements in his neck. Although he had made tremendous improvement we finally reached the end of the road according to the doctor, there was little hope of getting better, and the only option we hadn't tried was surgery. And a massage chair. I did some research online and was given excellent advice by the person who helped me on the phone. I explained was looking for inversion AND stretch and they had the perfect chair, and in my price range. The free shipping, no sales tax and zero interest financing was a huge incentive to purchase from them. Finally the chair came. I paid for the "white glove treatment", I thought it would be cruel to have my husband have to put his own gift together. Months later he says almost every day how that chair had made a huge improvement in his quality of life. How much better his back feels. How nice it is to be able to get up any time and use it. It is less the cost of our medical deductible and we don't have to worry about the after effects of surgery. I have added a side table and a blanket rack and I can tell you from experience there is nothing better than putting on your favorite podcast or music, covering up with a blanket and letting the chair work its magic. One of the best purchases I have ever made.

My husband loves this chair which I bought for his bad back. All the settings are great. I sometimes fall asleep in it thats how comfortable it is. Great chair!!
