Selling a broken unit.

It is damaged and I reported it and I have not received any satisfaction. It has been more than 2 month

You recommend a more expensive chair due to the one I initially questioned not being in my height range. I purchased your "experts recommendation". After the first arrived damaged. I received the replacement. I immediately made contact stating the legs do not accommodate my height. I was promised a partial refund. You rep continued to delay me until the trial window had passed. I have still not received a response from her. I have spoken to counsel regarding your practices. I will be filing a BBB complaint with your company. I told the rep, I planned to order a larger chair even though your experts recommend the one purchased if I received a partial refund. She agreed and said she was working on it. Still today no response from your representative. You are helpful during the purchase and after you receive the money and make the sale, all assistance stops.
