She knows these chairs inside and out and can answer any questions you may have. No pressure, just clear information. The chair has great shoulder room, a great massage for the gluteous maximus due to the amazing L-Track, and 17 pre-set auto programs for any situation your body may find itself in. I tell everyone I know about this chair and my visitors always leave with a smile on their faces. Personally, I would not buy a chair from any other company out there due to the top notch customer service. This is my second one from EMassageChair.
