This companies customer service goes beyond and above. The lady that helped me was great and recommended this chair because I originally bought the irobo massage chair and it was terrible. Did not even massage you at all. But this Osaki chair is great and gives me so much relief, especially upper back, neck and shoulders. The air bags hold the front off your shoulders while it massages ur back which makes it great due to keeping your body in place for the deepest massage. Its very adjustable as well for a very light massage. We love it and it has greatly improved my health by helping my blood circulation, as well as relieving my tight, knotted muscles which improves my mood and relieves my pain.

The representative that I spoke to was very knowledgeable about the various products available.

I watched videos and read about different massage chairs for 3 years. I finally decided on the Osaki OS-Pro Admiral and I love it!!! Everyone in my family loves it. It was very easy to assemble and connect the foot and leg section of the chair. Delivery was delayed a few days because of the Thanksgiving weekend but it really was not a problem. This chair is better than I could imagine. My only regret is that I waited too long to make the purchase. Very Happy Customer! Rosalea S.
