Decided to commit to daily Basis for a year, beginning late last month. I want to believe that I am more energized than before starting this supplement. I’ll continue to monitor my experience. I must remark here that my 2nd month supply arrived the day after I finished the first jar, so that I didn’t miss a dose. Very impressive shipping! Thanks I continue with daily Basis.

I just cannot believe how much Basis has helped me. Now that my metabolic system is working again (I have had a hypothyroid disease since age 34) and it is a big difference. I have even been able to lose weight and flatten my belly.

If it was the difference of living to 78 vs 85 would you take a few pils spend a few dollars?

I do not have medical confirmation of the efficacy of the products sold but I do feel much better when I take them. Also, I’m getting a ton more compliments on how good I look (61f) since I started taking the newest addition.
