We take Basis, Matter and now Signal. Without a doubt these healthy supplements make a difference. My husband and I regularly comment that we feel and think as brilliantly as we ever have, at 64 and 69. I have been taking Matter and Basis for several months, courtesy of my life partner. When he gave them to me to try, I felt like my brain was functioning in a sharper, quicker manner—more like during my teaching career when thinking on my feet was a survival skill! The fuzziness that had become my new normal was removed or erased, so that my thoughts flowed. He later gave me Signal and Mosaic to try. I now have my own annual subscription to all four of these products. Thank you for developing these! I might also add that I have been on HRT since my late 40’s, I go to the gym at least twice a week, and drink protein shakes. My retirement life is great!
