I love that I can take these supplements on an empty stomach, no issues at all. I started with the vision because I have dry macular degeneration and I believe taking these supplements has slowed the progression because between appts with the retinal specialist there was no change. That’s a win!

I’m not sure if it is the Basis Program, but I feel much better. I’m not constipated, I have more energy, Never have I been a great sleeper, but because I’m working, physically, walking more, it appears that I am.
