Elysium Health – Generic

I paid for 6 months and then 1 year. There was nothing stating that this was automatically renewed each year. Imagine my surprise to see a $480 charge on my charge card. NOT FUN. I am NOT a happy camper. Will be discontinuing as soon as I can talk to someone!!!!

For some reason they can't ship Basis & Matter together or come up with sustainable packaging. Also I sometimes get 2 Basis in a month and don't get any Matter at all I believe the product probably works but I'm annoyed.

Need more data on the effectiveness of your product

I’ve tried to call and email you for a month. No response from you. I’ve been loyal member since you began. I need to give you new credit card number but simply cannot reach you! My next step is to cancel my subscription. I have written very positive reviews about you product. Fine. But you treat your customers like crap! I’m done with you bc you just want my money and could care $&@“ about me. I can’t wait till next month when you go and charge my acct and find out it’s no longer in service( I had to change my credit card number )

Customer service never got back to me when I explained I haven't received my order.
