I've been taking Fish Oil pills for a few years and have now completely switched to Matter as my Omega 3 supplement. I love that Matter also includes Vitamins B6 and B12.

Although I use you product almost daily, I sometimes forget, particularly when I travel. Thus I ended up with an over supply and asked not to receive your product for two months. You were gracious about stopping the shipments, then resuming them again when I requested you do so. Thank you.

Basis arrives ahead of schedule... Matter lags. The result is that I always have an extra (or 2) orders of Basis and never any extra of Matter. I think I have had only one week lacking Matter capsules. I don't mean to sound fretful but if I have a trip coming up, such a gap could seriously disrupt my Matter consumption by weeks, not just days. Beyond the delivery issue, I am quite a fan of the supplements!
