I would like compostable packaging!

The science seems genuine. We won't know for a long time whether it actually works, but at least it's available now. After the initial shipment, it seems over packaged. Maybe one fancy jar per year, and then just send me a simple bag with the monthly pills? That seems like a lot of packaging.

I've always felt Basis is too expensive but continue to purchase because I believe in the science. And I don't know enough about NAD or its quality or how to source it to find an optional supplement on my own. When you came out with Matter I was quite excited, until I saw that you were selling Matter for the same price. $50 a month (yes, I know, $40 prepaid) for what's basically a multivitamin (and yes, I know, your Omega 3a re more readily absorbed than most but I was already buying Omega 3s in a superior triglyceride form) is just too much. Initially I was hoping that maybe, MAYBE, there would be a discount for loyal customers who have been buying Basis for years, but no. Many health companies reduce prices when you buy multiple products or services from them but...Elysium does not. I have found it much cheaper to buy the Omegas and B complex and Bilberry found in Matter independently. Anyway, I continue to be happy with the product but unhappy with your pricing.

I’m at the end of my first month, and I haven’t noticed any difference yet. I have hope however, so I’m going to continue!

We just cancelled due to high cost. We have not seen any recent information to support continued taking Basis.
