Do you believe the research results? Do you accept the credentials of the founders and board as legitimate? If yes, use Basis. You will not notice any changes in your lifestyle or energy or whatever. You just may live longer healthier, but because that's a statistical outcome, you won't know if YOU received any benefits. In short, you won't know if Basis works until results, published by the Elysium show that its "cohort" of users are living longer than a "control" cohort.
