The expired products were only discovered after a friend reminded me to check the production batch codes. I then found that everything except the free gifts had already expired. This greatly damaged my trust in the brand. I even had to ask for back the items I had already given to other people, which was extremely embarrassing.

Dear Customer Service, I have purchased the Advanced Ceramide Capsules Daily Youth Restoring Serum and my order number is EA397360. Unfortunately, this product did not work well for my skin. After using it, I experienced a lot of bumps and breakouts across my face, so it does not seem suitable for me. I understand that the package has already been opened, but I would like to ask if it is still possible to return the product or receive a refund. I stopped using it immediately after the reaction occurred. Please let me know if there is anything I need to do to proceed with a return. Thanks!

Makes skin feel oily and plastic-like. smells very chemical. Do not like the reformulation— no comparison to quality of previous product. Returned the item. Prevage is a disappointment. Too bad they discontinued the best version.
