The experience with the brand was good, however the package got suck somewhere the US postal system so it took longer than expected to arrive. When i contacted customer service they responded immediately to try to help me and offered to send me a new one if it did not arrive.

Review is based off my visit in store. Took my good friend to create our own perfumes for her birthday. The girl working mixed up our perfumes. The engraved bottle was right but the actual perfume was mixed and we didn't open it until we got home (separately). The experience itself was nice but the inconvenience of not getting the correct perfume when we dont live that close to one another was unfortunate. I reached out to customer service and they were amazing. So i would come again but just make sure they give the correct one before boxing and bagging.
