Still have not received my package

I got suckered to “add on to my order” after I already purchased. It offered a 3 pack which I did approve but I only got sent 1. Also the website will not let you change subscription. You press on the button and it freezes and never takes you to the next page to change. Tried 100 times and my friend said the same thing happened to her and it too her forever to get in touch with someone to change her subscription.

I reordered and did not get the same product. Completely different packaging, taste and effect

Very upset that somehow the wrong street number is on there. So you send it back and you won't answer your phones or respond to emails

Have not received my package. I inquired about the 1-2 day lead time quoted on your website and after a week a shipping label was created and there has been zero movement since that label was created on April 30, 2026. Will not order again or be a positive word of mouth advertising
