Elevate is no longer sending a confirmation after you order and I texted them 2/3 times with no response which they used to always get back and the last 2 Tudor’s deliver tracker was not wirking and I got the orders but it said it was still out that entire day.

Still have not received my package

I got suckered to “add on to my order” after I already purchased. It offered a 3 pack which I did approve but I only got sent 1. Also the website will not let you change subscription. You press on the button and it freezes and never takes you to the next page to change. Tried 100 times and my friend said the same thing happened to her and it too her forever to get in touch with someone to change her subscription.

I reordered and did not get the same product. Completely different packaging, taste and effect
