Due to the holiday season, my order experienced significant shipping delays, and it took a full week for the package to start its journey (moving.) It would be ideal if the company could find ways to expedite the shipping process in the future. Additionally, I suggest that the company provides brief descriptions for all of their flavors that they offer, to save customers the hassle of conducting extensive researching or scrolling through social media to determine the taste of each variant. On a positive note, the ordering process was smooth and seamless on both the app and website. The company's customer service is commendable, demonstrating their genuine care for their customers. Based on my experience, I would definitely order from them again.
