These pads concentrate certain areas that I have after a long day of pushing a 22- gal. water tank around watering plants and I get soreness. After using a pad over night, my pain is gone. I sleep on a grounding sheet, but if I have inflammation anywhere, I put one of those pads on and go to bed. I wake up the next morning no pain. I love these pads!
