Earth Harbor customer services is first class. I received confirmation my order had been delivered, however hadn't received it. Could have been my error in providing my address or a porch bandit - regardless, customer services promptly and graciously responded to my inquiry, sending out a replacement order AND included a few little extra goodies, too! Did I mention the hand written note? I'm so happy to support this small business.
