Trying to adjust levels for better performance. Not sure how to tell the difference. Noisy crowds are still an issue. Tinnitus continues at about the same level as before...I'm used to the ringing and don't really think about it.

When they work...

Buyer beware...When you make the decision to purchase this product, plan to budget an addition 800.00 on or about the first anniversary of your purchase. I have had two sets cease working within two years. With a one year warranty, I'm out of luck. My option is to purchase replacements at a cost of just under 400.00 each. Also, customer service is hit or miss depending on who you speak to. When I first had a problem, my original pair was nine days out of warranty and the male rep was indignant while telling me that there was nothing he could do because I was out of warranty. When I called back three days later, I spoke to a different individual who immediately went to a supervisor and informed me that I would be receiving a replacement without charge. During my call two days ago, I spoke with a female (Kayle) rep who was the first to walk me through a reset/cleaning in an effort to try and get my units working again. She was great ! Unfortunately, this did not work. So as my title suggests, when they work, they are wonderful but they fail way too soon. A suggestion would be to at least extend the warranty to two years. If the product is that good, then the longer warranty shouldn't be an issue. Or, consider each situation on a case by case basis. Not happy that I am out 2000.00 in less than two years! Again, buyer beware.
