Before I started digestive enzymes I could eat a large bowl of beans and be full with a heavy stuffed feeling that would last 3-4 hours and create a lot of smelly gas. I was shocked at the serendipitous benefit that if I eat with enzymes the same bowl of beans still fills me, but instead of bloated for hours within 30 minutes it is as if my stomach is empty (meaning good digestion and low energy expenditure to digest which in turn means little or no putrification) and the gas produced is ODDERLESS! For years now I have zero odder from gas. That means I do not suffer from autointoxication due to inability to digest food. Very Happy!
