Havent noticed any difference yet, only had it a month, forget to take it now, then, hoping for longtime results

I love Dr. Wong's Zymessence! I have been taking them for years and I have bought them and referred quite a few people. They are excellent for digestion and over all gut health. I used to have a lot of digestive problems and now I feel great and don't have any bloating or discomfort when I eat certain foods. I usually take 2 before eating something that I know may be hard for me to digest, and I like to take 1 before each meal. If I don't take them - I know it!
