Been taking the bpc for several months ... expected miracles in the beginning because a trusted friend and someone who also takes bpc recommenced me taking for my knee pain! It has helped in some capacity, along with rest and no physical activity! I would recommend it, just wouldn’t expect miracles right away. It does take time and some real restraint not to re-injure yourself! Price point a little high, but they have sales often! Over all a good product and would say mostly satisfied! Thank you!

Product worked as stated in the description. I am a large man going 260 at 6' 3" and I am on my feet moving almost continuously for 12+ hrs while working. Also I am 56 Yrs of age. I believe it was under dosed for me. It is a little to much in cost or I would increase dosage with qualified advice and use for a longer-term. I believe if that were the case I would see great benefits and improvement.
