Order support team was good but product still on hold at DHL not yet delivered kindly help

After thorough research on micro needling I purchased this pen and use it as needed for my acne scars on my face. My skin and scars have improved so much! On top of the results I have achieved at home I can also say that the company has an amazing customer service! My pen stopped working the first year I purchased it and they replaced it at no cost and without any questions! And Whenever I order needle replacements I usually get them within one week of the order! Can’t think of one negative thing to say about the product or company!
