My big thing is costumer service. Dr.Pens’s cs rep REACHED OUT TO ME (who can say that happens, not me!) and going over my shipping/billing info, she found a mistake I had made! Had she not reached out, my package would’ve been lost! She also went over tips, upgrades, and warranties. Also, since they’re based in the US, I got my package 2 days earlier than they predicted 😃
