So I do love my Droplett. I’ll be completely transparent, I saw it on the Drew Barrymore show and was fascinated. I had a little trouble w charging it but Liz in customer service was amazing and helped me through it. My machine does not put out the amount of “steam” (the capsule) that theirs did on the show. I’ve tried the different settings on the app for the diff capsules and don’t get the same result. I do feel the product but not in a way that I’m like “ahhhhhh”. The lip one has the most output for me. All the cartridges are great. I’d recommend getting the 28 day box to get a good idea if what you like. It’s a really neat concept.

Excellent customer service, replaced the non working device almost immediately without any problem. Love the results I am seeing using the collagen capsules.

This product is incredible, rarely does a beauty product deliver real results as this does. Customer service is a stand out for me. I did have a few initial problems with my device, all have been resolved and the customer care exceeded my expectations.
