After doing some research online I learned that 4 ounces first thing in the morning and again last thing at night will not only detox one's liver but if you, like me, have fatty liver, it should take care of that too. And it tastes great. Maybe the first time or two it's a bit strange/intense, but after a few times I got to crave it.

We enjoy several LaVie products, especially the Blood beverage. Some bottles are a bit lively so we learned to open over a sink and before shaking gently to control the overflow. Love the flavored coconut yogurt!

My husband and I have been enjoying LaVie drinks for years now. We have tried almost every drink in the probiotic line and our favorites are Blood, E3 Live, and Refreshing Green. I appreciate the extended line of products and that they are always introducing new products. I’ve also enjoyed their shots, nut milk, broth, and yogurt. We will keep coming back!
