Emails kept me well informed about order confirmation and when to expect delivery.

The product is great and I have been using it religiously for many years. Unfortunately, when I received this shipment the pump was broken. Good thing I still had my previous cleanser which I was just about to finish and I was able to use that pump.

Product came quickly and as ordered.

Love all the products that I have been using. Got very disappointed to find out that the Retinol eye cream has been discontinued. It was amazing. The one thing I get frustrated about is that it takes forever to receive the order every single time.

Love ease of packets, subscription. Took off one star: difficult to find help when had issues with product.
