Having been a customer for 20 years I feel qualified to say there has been a change in the formula of the All in One Cleanser and Toner as well as the Botanical Cleansing Bar. This is not an improvement. The cleanser is very drying where as before it left the face soft and supple. The cleansing bar now leaves the skin dry and itchy . Not knowing if this is a deliberate change in formula or an accident in manufacturing I can only plead for the original products to come back!

Received my order very quickly. The pads are great!
