As far as this product ending my wife's dreaded nights of me snoring, it has done its job! And, I do feel more rested. My only complaint is that I now wake up in a pool of drool.

The device seems to be effective and easy to use but, possibly because I clenched my teeth to tight in the fitting process, it made my bite feel peculiar for about two hours after usage. They are sending a replacement that I will fit more carefully.

No snoring first night.

Didn't take too long to get used to the mouth guard. My only complaint is that I end up wearing/biting through the soft rubber on the sides, and eventually into the hard plastic. Causes me to replace it significantly sooner than 6 months...but my snoring is definitely undercontrol!

I think the zipper works well with snoring but my tongue is getting a little sore sometimes at night when it rubs up against a little strap and back. It took me a little time to get used to it but it seems to be working well.
