Zyppah

I am still adjusting to the device, but I have almost stopped snoring entirely! The most discomfort is with the tongue "restrictor". Some mornings it really hurts, but after a short time without it the pain stops.

Zeppah works....

Helps with snoring better than most things I’ve tried.

Doesn't fit very good, a little small for my bite, other than that it works pretty good

It took some getting use to but my wife reports a much quieter sleep since I started using my Zyppah
