It works! No more snoring

It absolutely works. I've been snoring for years, putting off going to the doctor for a cpap. It works in 2 ways, by moving your lower jaw forward and 2nd by a band holding your tongue down. It is something you have to get used to, but is abolutely worth it, I get a better night sleep. The only complaint is it makes my jaw a little sore from bringing it forward. But not long afterward it goes away.

Skeptical at first as have

Skeptical at first as have had a 2000.00 appliance from dentist that has somewhat worked but still snore when on my back. With Happy Z the band across middle seems to be the key in preventing tongue to relax back and block airway. As long as stay clenched device works. Luckily I am also a clenched at night so,defeats 2 things and 100.00 better then 2k!

Tried other devices but zyppah is only one that stopped my snoring. Takes several days to get used to it.

Tongue depressor is not designed well

The mouthpiece is good but the tongue depressor needs to be more robust. It is too weak and deteriorated and became detached after 5 months of daily use.

Zyppah

This device really seems to work. My wife hasn't heard me snoring since starting to use it.
