Zyppah

Within a week I was sleeping with the Zyppah for most of the night. Not snoring, sleeping better.

After trying many other things, ZYPPAH has finally stopped my snoring. For me, the strap which holds my tongue down is the key to my success. I do wish that the appliance was a bit wider, as it would be more comfortable in my mouth, and I have experienced some minor abrasion of the sides of my tongue during the night. But, no more snoring? I'm more than OK with these minor imperfections.

Works just like advertised. Holds my tongue from dropping back and Moves my bottom jaw forward. I would give it 5 stars if they had different sizes. My bottom row teeth are not straight and makes the fit very tight and leaves my teeth feeling sore and sensitive in the mornings when I remove.

The Zyppah is very effective. But here my issue. The tongue strap is distracti if and sometimes wakes me up. Also, the price point is just to high. This becomes really clear when you have to replace the Zyppah two times because the dog got to it. I have now spent $260.00 on these things.
