Zyppah

While the device does take some time to get used to and my tongue and jaw are sore in the morning, it is SOOO worth it. While I never thought I snored, my wife is happy now. But more importantly I am sleeping better than I have in years. It does work. Invest the time in getting used to it because it is so worth it.

The first night I had the Zyppah I put it in an hour before bed and it gave me too much time to think about something new in my mouth. The second night I put it in when I went to bed and fell asleep immediately. I'm not.snoring and I am sleeping through the night

My wife keeps me up at night snoring. She says she "coos" ....thats BS. She actually rattles the neighborhood foundation, I'm surprised I haven't had rocks thrown through my window. So, I buy the ZYPPAH and threaten her with devorce if she doesnt use it.. IT WORKS,,,, until she rolls over in one hour and it falls out of her mouth... and then all hell breaks loose again. Please develop a magnetic ZYPPAH that will stick to her teeth.
