Takes a week or two to get used to, but it has stopped my snoring

Sure, I'm getting a full night's sleep now, no longer being awakened either by my own snoring or by my wife re-adjusting me. But, after 36 years, my wife no longer has to lie awake listening to my snoring. She's very satisfied with my Zyppah!

Before I got my ZYPPAH and took the time to get used to it, I can't remember the last time I had a good sleep. I would wake several times and eventually go downstairs and sleep in the recliner. My spouse wore ear plugs every night. Now I wake in the morning hardly remembering when I went to sleep! If I wake it is because my tongue had pushed out the appliance. I put it back in and am back to sleep in no time! And my spouse is considering tossing the ear plugs. Huge thanks to ZYPPAH for restoring my sleep!

Worked first night

Tried everything from breathe right strips to oils to chin straps and even a mouthpiece. Went ahead and dropped the $115 on this device and it worked from night one. I am thankful and grateful and now just have to get use to it in my mouth all night. Thank you Zyppah.
