Once I got fitting figured out, My wife and I have gotten the more sleep the last few weeks than the last few years.

I was super skeptical but it legit has stopped my snoring. The mouth guard is a little awkward and uncomfortable to wear but it works! My mouth always wakes up dry and it’s impossible to swallow with it in but it def stops the snoring!

Your mouth appliance works great, but I had to trim off the tongue strap because it irritated my tongue. This didn’t seem to affect the function however, getting a much better nights sleep!
