It took me a few nights to get use to it, but I've had it for almost 2 weeks now and it's seems to be helping my snoring . According to my husband, I am not snoring at night which I'm happy to hear....this truly does work...

Took me about 3 1/2 weeks of wearing at night watching tv before I could finally fall asleep with the appliance in my mouth but now I can and it’s working. Takes a little time for your mouth to adjust.

The mouth piece is comfortable it does make alot a saliva at first

I was honestly very skeptical that the device would work but decided to give it a try because my snoring was out of control and my wife was suffering the consequences. When I received the mouthpiece the instructions were very clear for the molding process and everything was as predicted that it would take a little time to get used to it and I would salivate initially. To my great surprised it worked! The snoring has stopped. My wife is now getting a full night's sleep and I am getting a more restful night as well because my snoring used to wake me at times. I can't say that I enjoy having the mouthpiece in my mouth but I am getting used to it and I am easily able to fall asleep. Very glad I gave it a try.

I was skeptical of the gimmicks advertised to stop snoring. For some reason, Zyppah seemed logical. I tried it and it works. My wife says I don’t perform the window rattling snores any more and I also get a better nights sleep. I do experience a little tooth soreness in the morning, but it fades quickly.
