You never respond to my emails. I had a promo in my cart. The system kicked me out and the promo for that item was gone. No one answered. I have used an item for a long time. You discontinued it with no notice. I called and you told me to check MARSHALLS or ROSS. Um, No thanks.

AWFUL. I keep talking to this lady that doesn’t speak a lot of English. It seems like she is the only one on the customer service line. She doesn’t understand what I need and I keep calling them but they haven’t returned my call in 5 days. I emailed and called. This is so frustrating Idk what else to do other dispute my charge. Will NEVER buy anything from this gross company again.

Somehow got signed up for a subscription instead of a one time purchase. Emailed customer service twice. No response. Guess who’s getting another credit card charge and unwanted delivery??? Yup. Me.

Over priced trash. Plus don't bother with trying to get customer service, you'll never get help. Had product come broken and, they didn't care. Trash company and trash products.

Doesn’t help with dark circles or bags under the eyes at all. Total waste of money.
