I’ve had a lot of trouble with the pumps on my Retinol and returning them and getting my money back while still trying to make sure I don’t run out of product. This should be easier. Or I should be able to speak to someone I send emails and it says someone will be with you in a few minutes and they never do.

I like the product but the delivery is slow and in two different orders I emailed a question to customer service about the order and never received a response . You need to have a phone number for CS, too!!!!!!!

Was not happy that you
Was not happy that you advertised the No More Baggage as buy one get one free. Then it turned out that you had to buy another product as well to get that deal. Sort of like - false advertising.
