Customer service was great, processing time was fast, results were convenient, secure and easy. I'm so grateful for the peace of mind that was provided throughout the whole process!

Shipping took about three weeks to receive it. That was stressful to wait so long USPS issues I’m assuming. However, it was super easy to do the test and the turn around time from shipping it out to receiving the results was about 5 days so that was great! We got the results we wanted, and in our hearts we knew.

Little slow getting the test kit. But, fast at getting the results back.
