All was good no problems

I got two fathers tested at the sametime for a Prenatal paternity test. The only thing i think that needs improvement is how they answer the phones, towards the end people with better phone skills answered the phone professionally but the first 3 ppl i spoke to was a weird iffy experience. Also locations to get the testing done. I had several testing sites near me such as the same one that i drove across town for which was an "Any lab test" office when there were many much closer to me. Overall got my results and trusting they are correct. Peace of mind now for the rest of pregnancy.

Testing was straightforward and shipping/processing was quick.

Setting the appointment and making payment was fast and easy and the women on the phone was nice and informative. The address in my appointment confirmation email was incorrect, so i went to the wrong suite which was an inconvenience, however once i got to the right place the wait was less than 5 min and the women we worked with was friendly and professional. Only took about 5 days to get results and i was overall satisfied with my experience

Everything went as promised. No delays with outstanding customer service.
