The service is excellent. Over the years I have had my Jazz Bands (started with the one that operates off the app) and proceeded to the Jazz Band Live as soon as it came out. If I have a question, they get back to me promptly-usually in a couple of hours, get my answer easily. When I have ordered, usually delivered by USPS in two to three days, depending on weekends or holidays. If I have needed to send one in for review or replacement, the emailed address slip is here almost immediately. Love my Jazz Bands!!!!

Bought for friend after an injury. Other members of family also using it. Love it!

My experience with the vibe is that it is not terribly durable. I hope that it is not out of warranty.
