The service is excellent. Over the years I have had my Jazz Bands (started with the one that operates off the app) and proceeded to the Jazz Band Live as soon as it came out. If I have a question, they get back to me promptly-usually in a couple of hours, get my answer easily. When I have ordered, usually delivered by USPS in two to three days, depending on weekends or holidays. If I have needed to send one in for review or replacement, the emailed address slip is here almost immediately. Love my Jazz Bands!!!!

This is a great product well thought for different areas of the body. The long electrical cord and power bank provide flexibility to use anywhere. Instructions for use are clear and concise. Most important is relief felt after using the product a few times on shoulder, knee and ankle given athletic activities.
