I had ordered the jazz

I had ordered the jazz band power bundle but never received the power pack. So the main reason I bought this was for the power pack. DNA vibe should have never sold it without it, also should not have been an option to purchase. I have used it a few times, but nearly as much as I would like.

I ordere in April and the Jazz Band Light Pro newer arrived in Germany. Terrible shipping service. The product was lost by HERMES Service. I hope I will get back my payment through PAYPAL.
